What you will be doing:

The Bike & Exchange Sales Professional provides industry-leading customer service and support to the sales rep force, specialty retailers, government customers, Osprey Packs team members, and end users of our product. The Bike & Exchange Sales Professional ensures positive relationships with all customers to further strengthen our brand and company reputation and is efficient and accurate in their work while growing in a fast-paced, busy and reactive environment.

• Responsible for leading all aspects of purchase order workflow
• Maintain and manage all portal activities for direct and indirect accounts
• Manage bike and dive specialty retailer base in designated sales territories
• Assist government exchange channel customers
• Answer incoming calls and emails from dealer

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Prior bike industry retail or sales experience
• Prior experience working with MS NAV (ERP)

Pay Range: The Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires employers in the state of Colorado to disclose the following information. If the position applied to is not located in Colorado, the following information may not apply. Salary Minimum: $16.90/hr, Salary Maximum: $25.36/hr. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
