RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Benefits Analyst in Tucson, AZ.Summary:This role will oversee documenting processes and day-to-day delivery of some of our Financial well-being US benefits programs. This includes vendor and process management that help to deliver employee programs, while ensuring compliance with all mandatory/statutory regulations.Responsibilities:
  • Administers benefit programs, including, but not limited to U.S. health, insurance, wellness, and retirement plans, interpreting policies/procedures, regulations; auditing and analyzing data, handling escalated employee and provider issues; In addition, may provide oversight on America's (Brazil, Canada, and Mexico) benefits programs
  • Oversee the day to day delivery of Retirement/401(k) program and will provide customer feedback to the Benefits Offering and Delivery Teams on identified issues and trends
  • Non-qualified Deferred Compensation Plan - Expedites delivery of benefits by establishing and maintaining working relationships with benefit providers and TPAs to maximize plan performance and the employee experience
  • Resolves employee questions and problems by interpreting benefit policies and procedures, escalating issues where appropriate to carriers, concierge, or benefit team
  • Manages payroll relationship and HR activities needed to support accurate and timely payrolls
  • Interprets related policies and procedures, ensures compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Maintains files and records for various benefit programs when needed
  • Communicates with benefit plan vendors regarding eligibility and other issues; Conduct benefit audits, analyze data, and handle benefit-related reporting and billing reconciliation when needed
  • Assists with vendor invoice processing, data reconciliations, and audits


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, HR, or organizational development
  • 3+ years of benefit experience, specifically with 401k and Financial well-being programs
  • Experience in delivery of 401(k) and NQDC programs
  • Strong customer support & communications skills
  • Strong data and file auditing skills
  • Intellectually curious and exhibits strong critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with highly confidential information
  • Demonstrates diligence, strong initiative and is self-managed
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high growth environment
