4-month Temporary Assignment. ASAP START. Hybrid Schedule (2 days in office). Must currently reside in CO.

Compensation: $23-$35.65/HR DOE

Proof of Vaccination or Exemption Required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This position oversees benefits administration, including enrollment, leave management, and wellness programs.
  • Key responsibilities include managing benefits processing, serving as an expert on leave policies, coordinating wellness initiatives, analyzing benefits data, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Document and maintain administrative procedures for benefit programs and related processes. Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of required reporting
  • The role involves communicating with employees about benefits, maintaining records, and liaising with vendors.
  • This position supports HR operations, participates in cross-training, and adheres to company policies and procedures.

  • Effectively interacts and communicates with other staff, clients, customers, and partners to build relationships and
address and resolve issues
  • Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform other essential functions of the job
  • Meets defined individual and team goals, metrics, and Key Performance Indicators
  • Actively participates in performance review process
  • Timely completes all annual and other required training.
  • Protects all confidential information
  • Other duties as assigned
Education:
    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resources.
Experience:
    • Three years of HR experience required, including two years of experience in benefits administration is required.
    • Previous HRIS experience is strongly preferred.
    • Previous project management experience preferred.
Certification, Licensure:
    • Preferred: SPHR, PHR, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products; experience with HRIS and benefits databases. Paycom experience is a plus!
    • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Effective planning and priority setting. Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of plan designs.
    • Ability to understand, evaluate and make judgment on proposals (RFPs).
    • Knowledge of benefits contract language.
    • Excellent communication and organization skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain positive and productive relationships with internal clients and external vendors/partners.
    • Understanding of Cultural Diversity.
