New England ABA is hiring immediately for our Part Time Behavior Technicians. Join our amazing team in Somerville, MA and surrounding towns!

Salary range: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
Qualifications:
- Proof of highest earned diploma required
- reliable transportation, and availability weekdays required
- Bachelor"s degree, experience working with children with autism preferred
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide direct face to face Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children with autism in their home, school, or community settings.
- Behavior Technicians will teach children with autism how to communicate, play, make friends, and function more independently, while helping resolve challenging behaviors
- Work under the direction of your program supervisor
- Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data on child's treatment goals
- Work with families to support their child"s progress
- Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training
- Able to lift at least 25 lbs
- Able to sit (on the ground) for extended periods of time and move with ease
- Able to see, hear, articulate (e.g. for client safety, teaching of language and other skills, etc.)
- Able to use/manipulate small technological devices

- Paid drive time and mileage in between client visits
- Supervision may be provided for those seeking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) hours

Personal Protective Equipment is provided to employees (e.g., face masks, face shields, etc) and the company follows CDC guidelines for essential health workers.
