Holman has an outstanding opportunity for an Operations Assistant to join our team in Colorado Springs.
  • Shift: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm

Responsibilities:

- Review customers' orders and keep track of their status, materials and hours needed for completion, as well as hours worked by technicians
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently regarding piece rate work, technician hours, and other information regarding orders
- Guide technicians through Workday, provide directions regarding trainings, and reset passwords as needed
- Communicate with vendors
- Notify all employees of upcoming employee engagement activities and action items
- Update Workday as needed for time off requests
- Manage Outlook Calendar and schedule appointments as needed
- Drive employee engagement activities and events
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Experience:

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suit, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or operations role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
