Job Description

At PayPal (NASDAQ: PYPL), we believe that every person has the right to participate fully in the global economy. Our mission is to democratize financial services to ensure that everyone, regardless of background or economic standing, has access to affordable, convenient, and secure products and services to take control of their financial lives. We're a purpose-driven company, and our beliefs are the foundation of how we conduct business every day. We're guided by our core values of Inclusion, Innovation, Collaboration, and Wellness. Collectively, these values inspire us to work together as One Team with our customers at the center of everything we do, and to take care of ourselves, each other, and the communities in which we live and work. We challenge the status quo, ask questions, and find solutions. Join us as we enable the hopes, dreams, and ambitions of millions of people around the world.

Honey joined the PayPal family to help supercharge our mission of creating fairness and value for everyone, with much of the team based in Los Angeles. We're now a part of the PayPal Shopping org, where we're using the collective insights of our millions of members to power the PayPal and Honey online shopping platforms that allows everyone to shop smarter, together. Product Management is at the center of the company's daily operations. Each Product Manager leads one or more mission teams that consist of engineers, product designers and analysts, and the team collectively collaborates on goals, north stars and the company-wide roadmap. We have a strong emphasis on aligned autonomy and a culture of collaboration and thus we expect every member of the team to have a strong sense of ownership, not just within their product domain, but for the overall success of the company and the trust of our users and partners. We are looking for Product Managers to help shape and scale a growing portfolio of products.

About the Team

The Destinations Product team is a group of tinkers who are both analytical and creative. Part hacker, part artist. We focus on leveling-up our customers and not the software. We believe that qualitative information is just as important as quantitative. The ideal candidate is excited by deriving product insights from our data and implementing as well as iterating quickly upon these findings. Additionally, they are technical enough to brainstorm with our engineering teams on the appropriate solutions that ultimately help our customers achieve their financial goals.
