Description

The Associate Director, Technology Solutions devises an effective strategy for executing and delivering on IT business initiatives. The Associate Director, Technology Solutions requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).

Responsibilities

As the Associate Director of Voice Technology you will be a part a team supporting over 55 million member and agent calls annually. We are seeking a leader who is enthusiastic, inclusive, curious, and loves the challenge of solving problems that improve our member experience and interactions with Humana. You'll collaborate with a fun and close-knit agile team to architect, implement, test and continuously deliver new features and products to our customers.

Humana is seeking an Associate Director, Technology Solutions that:

  • Acts as a liaison and collaborates with the business and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions
  • Makes decisions typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates
  • Encourage Team Level, program level, and value stream level Continuous Integration and Communities of Practice around SAFe, Agile, and Lean and around Engineering and Quality Practices
  • Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
  • Guide and mentor team on transformation strategy and training
  • Work on strategy for Agile ways of working, maturity roadmap, and organizational changes needed to further mature organization
  • Is a servant leader with the ability to apply systems thinking and lead an organization through organizational change by gaining trust, respect, and support
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6 or more years of technical management experience
  • 2 or more years of management experience
  • Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
  • Possess 10+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems and implementing process improvements.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree
  • Scaled Agile Certification
