RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client is seeking an Associate Director Data Analytics in a fully remote setting. The Associate Director (AD) of Data Analytics is responsible for the operational analytics unit within the company. The AD will work directly with the Head of Data Analytics to execute on organizational customer-facing data strategy and optimize the performance and productivity of the Data Analyst staff.Responsibilities:

• Associate Director Data Analytics will manage the team of 12-15 Data Analysts responsible for operational analytics
• Maintain team backlog, scheduled data refreshes, and report subscriptions
• Administer the Tableau Server and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) applications
• Coach Analysts with SQL, Tableau, and general analytics best practices
• Ensure analytics function has all team, business process, backend, and frontend procedures documented and maintained
• Support pharma client engagements with the Analytics team as needed
• Build business process, application, and data subject matter expertise for all service lines to serve as a highly credible advisor to Operations leadership, Analysts, and clients
• As an Associate Director Data Analytics, you will create and maintain excellent customer-facing relationships with Operations and clients
• Present project status updates and state of the team to Head of Analytics weekly
• Take full ownership of analytics execution and team performance

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS in a technical field (Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, etc.)
• 5+ years of data analysis experience in a customer-facing, consultative role
• 5+ years of managing Data Analysts with a hands-on approach
• Advanced SQL skills
• Advanced dashboard design skills, including 2+ years of experience with a dashboard toolset (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation ability
• Excellent project management skills
• Keen attention to detail and highly organized

Preferred Qualifications:

• MS in a data-related field (BI, Analytics, Data Science, etc.)
• 10+ years of prior experience as a Data Analyst in a highly technical role
• Healthcare (ideally pharma) experience
• Expert-level SQL skills
• Expert-level Tableau skills
• Machine Learning experience
• Python experience
