SUMMARY:
The Associate Director Marketing Analytics serves as a key strategic partner to the cross-functional team and oversees development and application of marketing analytics capabilities for Jimmy Dean base Jimmy Dean innovation and Backwall Innovation. He or she must be a forward thinker; challenging the status quo and leveraging syndicated data to support previously unidentified space and strategic decisions. He or she should assist in proactively evolving current measurement methodologies to enable teams to move more efficiently and effectively. This includes helping to lead development and execution of various measurement tools that are imperative to optimizing marketing spend and performance (e.g., Marketing Mix Price Pack Architecture Market Structure). He or she will be responsible for forecasting consumption on a monthly basis matching sales performance against the forecast monitoring internal shipments relative to the forecast model and providing due-tos to the business teams and leadership in order to understand drivers of performance relative to goals. He or she will work closely with Finance Sales Marketing and Operations to ensure forecast accuracy This individual must have comfort presenting strategic recommendations to GMs of the organization and be influential in sharing data-based brand strategy recommendations. He or she should consistently demonstrate proactivity holistic thinking strategic agility and leadership.
