Position Purpose:The Associate Director works strategically to advance community-engaged scholarship, teaching and learning at Dartmouth and will oversee a portfolio of work focused on creating community-driven experiential learning programming that delivers measurable impact for students, faculty, and the communities in which Dartmouth works. This role involves oversight and advancement of the Dartmouth Center for Social Impact's (DCSI) curricular community-based learning programs, educational access and equity initiatives, immersion trips, and mentoring opportunities throughout the Upper Valley. This Associate Director will be a candidate with deep commitment to, and knowledge of, academia and the social sector.
