Northrop Grumman is seeking Associate Business Planning Analyst.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The analyst will play a key role in supporting the 1ERP Digital Transformation Office Director. Focus areas are ERP program strategy, planning & support activities. The successful candidate will monitor program operations by collectiing and evaluating program data, prepare and monitor operational metrics, participate in operational reviews and prepare presentation materials. This positon will also support resource demand planning across the ERP team and determine where we have resource / skill constraints. Must have the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
  • Proficent with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Certification
  • Good analytical skills
  • Capability to work in a highly collaborative team environment and have good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge or budgeting process
Salary minimum: $60,808
Salary maximum: $91,212
Total Rewards:
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
