The Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at Southern Illinois University (SIU) School of Medicine is seeking a Fellowship-trained, Board certified / Board eligible physician in Allergy and Immunology to join our growing faculty as an Assistant Professor. This position will oversee and optimize the existing allergy program within our Department.

The SIU Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery currently consists of seven full-time physicians, four advanced practitioners, six audiologists and a speech language pathologist. We have a fully accredited residency training program, accepting two residents per year.  We are currently pursuing opportunities for clinical growth and for strategic expansion within central and southern Illinois.  Research opportunities are available and strongly encouraged. SIU has excellent support for both clinical and basic science research.
