Position Summary

This MD/DO qualified position will provide outpatient psychiatry services in the MSU Department of Psychiatry on-campus clinic and at department-affiliated sites; provide outpatient clinical supervision to psychiatry residents; provide contracted telepsychiatry services; supervise medical students and teach medical student courses in the Colleges of Human Medicine and Osteopathic Medicine.

Required Degree

Doctorate -General Psychiatry

Minimum Requirements

• An MD or DO degree is required; board certified/eligible.
• Candidates must be eligible for a physician license in the State of Michigan;
• have a strong interest and experience in academic psychiatry;
• demonstrate clinical responsibility and strong teaching and communication team skills.
• Psychiatry residency.
