Description
LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to oversee our newly awarded contract to provide operations, mechanical maintenance, and custodial services located at the Norfolk Federal Office Building, Norfolk VA.
Qualifications/Experience:
The Assistant Facilities Manager shall have at a minimum a bachelor's degree and 5 years of recent (within the past 7 years) experience in the management and supervision of building mechanical maintenance operations for multiple large buildings of the approximate size and characteristics of the buildings to be covered by this contract.
