The Assistant Director, Research & Relationship Management offers support to the Office of Institutional Advancement by overseeing the management of Institutional Advancements solicitation portfolios and pipelines, providing biographical and philanthropic research on donors and prospects, and creating solicitation strategies with other staff members. The Assistant Director coordinates and performs research and screening requests for Flagler College, undertakes proactive research to identify new prospects, and oversees Development Officers moves management. The Assistant Director works closely with Development Officers to ensure prospect portfolios are actively moving, and that Flagler College fundraisers have the resources and information available to build effective donor relationships. The Assistant Director reports to the Senior Director of Advancement Services & Campaign Strategy
