The Creative Services Assistant will report to the Senior Manager, Creative Services and will be required to work in our headquarters in Winston-Salem, NC at least 3 days per week. This position will work closely with supervisor in the development and execution of branded consumer-facing creative to support the U.S. based Hanesbrands growth teams, brand marketing, ecommerce teams as well as other Hanesbrands licensee and international needs. Key interfaces are with Brand, Product, and Ecommerce Marketing, Packaging Engineering, internal as well as external creative agencies, and other outside vendors as required.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the creative development, production and execution of trade and consumer-facing efforts for the US-based Hanes brand categories while ensuring brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints as directed by supervisor. Involvement may include digital assets, packaging, sell-in materials, account specific needs, retail presentations, etc.
  • Support the creative brief process in the development and evaluation of creative and brief objectives to drive business goals.
  • As needed, support supervisor in the development of all digital experience initiatives for our ecommerce sites, email campaigns, and social content/video production.
  • Frequently communicates to outside agencies and/or internal creative teams.
  • Responsible for organizing, obtaining estimates, post production (upload to digital asset management system), and routing creative for appropriate Product, Brand and Legal approval.
  • Manage projects to budgets and timelines.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints - logo, trademark usage, imagery, etc.
  • Maintain Project Status Reports and participates in regular status meetings.
  • Help organize and plan photography shoots. Responsible for sourcing brand-right models for photography needs and developing the photographer, videographer, and model contracts via Icertis.
  • Independently manages image retouching and image archiving on our internal digital assets system. Periodically audit digital asset library to ensure all assets are current.
  • Work closely with Packaging Engineering to determine structures/dies
  • Help manage the development and execution of sales materials, product packaging composites, research needs, etc. for account meetings, Market Week presentations, and research efforts.

Qualifications

Education/Experience
  • Role requires a degree or equivalent experience, and 1-3 years of experience in a creative role.
  • Knowledge of photography, graphics, printing and other production processes preferred.
  • Experience working with creative agencies a plus.
  • Proficient in Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Word, Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to establish a budget and track against.
