Cumulus Media-Green Bay has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Finance & Continuity Assistant. Qualified candidates will be detail oriented and have strong computer skills. Ability to work accurately and well under pressure and help meet deadlines. Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize. Wide Orbit traffic and billing system experience a plus. Ability to work in a team environment. Responsible for assisting the Business Manager, Sales when needed and Continuity/Production assistance.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Include, but not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assists the Business Manager with payment batching and other business office duties.
• Helps with weekly and monthly billing.
• Reconciliation of Streaming orders and logs.
• Completing and submitting weekly affidavits
• Front Desk Receptionist duties - helping prize winners and answering the front door.
• Importing National Katz orders into Wide Orbit and continuity.
• IncentRev/Sweetdeal helper and backup
• Entering continuity into Wide Orbit and VCreative to assist the production department.
• All other duties as deemed necessary by corporate or local market management.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of business systems such as Microsoft Office, Stratus/Wide Orbit Traffic & Billing System, Workday, Workplace and Adaptive Planning are a plus
• Ability to multi-task, handle pressure and deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of standard office equipment
