Lamb Weston is looking for a passionate individual who will use prior education and experiences to quickly make a positive impact on the Transformation team as a Ariba Network Enablement Lead.

Job Description

  • The Network Enablement Lead drives the all supplier enablement activities related to buyer-supplier relationships on the Ariba Network
  • The Network Enablement Lead is expected to perform duties with a high degree of professionalism as well as continuously grow knowledge as it relates to our business.
  • Serves as an Ariba Network knowledge expert and communicates opportunities to bring business-impacting value to customers.
  • Develop supplier enablement plan with SAP / Ariba, the business and system integrator.
  • Host Supplier training summits in conjunction with SAP / Ariba and system integrators.
  • Work closely with SAP / Ariba / System integrator to enable all North American vendors on the Ariba Network
  • Lead cross functional internal teams to ensure valid contacts / emails are on file for all North American vendors, ensuring a strong customer focus (internal/external) at all times
  • Interacts with both buyer and supplier customers providing education and training on the value of the Ariba Network, new technology and enhancements to technology.
  • Facilitates reporting to customers (internal/external) and leadership on progress on project initiatives and KPI's/metrics.
  • Appropriately identifies issues, potential risks and opportunities while working with a high degree of autonomy to address, escalate or handover within and across teams as appropriate.
  • Accountable for executing against the project timeline while exceeding customer goals and objectives.
  • Actively identifies, contributes to and facilitates continuous improvement and best practice efforts, both internally and externally
  • Builds and maintains relationships with other parts of the organization where partnerships can be beneficial in improving customer relationship, assisting with technology enhancements and overall improvement of delivery services
  • Understands how to create, plan, and execute meetings (internal/external) which drive results
  • Understands and tracks customer performance against the internal metrics that are outlined by SAP Ariba leadership; takes appropriate actions where needed to meet company MBO's.
  • Travel: May have to travel up to 50% of the time to Boise, ID office

Basic & Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years' experience in Ariba Supplier Account Management, Technology Project Management or similar role
  • 2 years' experience of Ariba Supplier onboarding
  • 2 years of Ariba / ECC / S4 Enterprise Business Applications Experience
  • 2 years of Ariba Catalog integration experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (specifically, Excel)
  • Program and customer relationship management experience
  • Deep knowledge of Ariba solutions/services
  • Understanding of Procurement processes and Buyer/Supplier interfaces in Ariba / ECC / S4
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Business Applications
  • Experience preparing and delivering analyses and presentations.
  • Experience in B2B ecommerce
  • Bachelor's Degree

This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range posted based on various factors, including, but not limited to, job duties, experience and expertise. A candidate's work location could also impact the actual compensation being outside of the range to reflect local cost of labor. A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $57,380.00 - $86,080.00
