Description:
POSITION PURPOSE

Delivers on the scope, schedule, and quality of the project in a specific application or technology area or team. Works closely with the project team to direct all assigned activities.
Ensures that the clinical and business community is engaged in the project and supports program governance.
Reviews the progress of the project on an ongoing basis with the Epic implementation director
Accountable for delivering on the project milestones in partnership with the EPIC implementation team.
** Position is 85% remote with ability to travel to various Trinity Health sites as needed.

** Candidates would need to be able to travel if/as needed or required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Knows, understands, incorporates and demonstrates the Trinity Health Mission, Vision and Values in behaviors, practices and decisions.

Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations, the Trinity Health Integrity and Compliance Program and Code of Conduct, as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behavior.

Collaborates with physician colleagues and other care providers to establish standards of care for target medical conditions and procedures, utilizing evidence, quality indicators, regulatory requirements, and cost and performance data to guide decision making

Collaborates with revenue colleagues to establish standards utilizing evidence, quality indicators, regulatory requirements, and cost and performance data to guide decision making

Leads interdisciplinary functional groups that design, implement, enhance and establish outcomes. Supervises other team members in group facilitation. Supervises and manages a team of application managers and others working within areas of assigned responsibility.

Establishes priorities that align with organizational initiatives. Manages multiple projects simultaneously and adapts to frequent changes in priority. Manages teams to consensus decisions that support organizational objectives

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to operate effectively in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.

Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals and values of Trinity Health.

Bachelor's degree or higher. Master's degree in clinical, revenue, IT or related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing people and/ or in IT systems implementation required. Knowledge of clinical or revenue workflow preferred.

Must possess prior experience in, process improvement, change leadership, and project management.

Must be an effective consensus builder and collaborator, have excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills, and operate effectively in a highly collaborative environment.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

Must be able to adapt to frequently changing work priorities, and be able to prioritize and balance the requirements of working with the System Office and Regional Health Ministries (RHMs).

Must be able to travel to various Trinity Health sites as needed.
