The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Support position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the finance department by assisting with the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. This role involves handling invoices, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and providing administrative support to the finance team.

**Responsibilities:**

Accounts Payable

- Receive and review invoices for accuracy and completeness, PO matching and lot cost adjustments

- Code and input invoices into the accounting system.

- Prepare and process payments (e.g., checks, electronic transfers) in a timely manner.

- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

- Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable.

Accounts Receivable

- Generate and send out invoices to customers.

- Follow up on outstanding payments and communicate with customers regarding payment status.

- Record and reconcile incoming payments in the accounting system.

- Prepare aging reports and assist with collections efforts as needed.

- Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable.
