ABOUT THE JOB

The Analytics Product Owner will be an accomplished technology product development professional with specific focus on shaping the vision, roadmap, and capabilities for our business intelligence and analytics products and services, specifically focused on internal and external customer needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborating with internal and external analytics stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into Business Intelligence (BI) platform requirements
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders to define the vision for Everside's BI platform
  • Creating a product road map based on this vision
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the intersection of data, clinical initiatives, and business goals at Everside
  • Managing the platform's backlog and prioritizing it based on changing requirements
  • Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
  • Developing user stories to the BI developers
  • Collaborate with other product and technology teams to align the Analytics product roadmap
  • Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
  • Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience in product management or equivalent in a healthcare industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project tracking-collaboration software
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Experience working with executive leaders
  • Ability to assess risk and identify key stakeholders necessary to remove barriers.
  • Must be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Must be reliable and highly accountable for projects, ensuring all team members understand the deliverables and offering reminders as needed to keep each project on track.
  • Must work well in a team environment yet be able to work independently as needed.
  • Independent thinking and good judgment are necessary to respond to needs appropriately.
  • Excellent communication skills; being able to communicate efficiently both strategic vision and specific details to various stakeholders, from senior leadership to team members and customers. Ability to write clear and concise product requirements, status updates and product results.

Pay Range: $100,000 - $135,000/yr

The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate's years of experience and/or skill level.
