The Patient Experience Analyst will provide analytical and innovative support to initiatives that improve the quality of life for patients living on dialysis.

A successful candidate will demonstrate a great attitude, strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to "get stuff done" as well as develop a deep understanding of patient experience goals.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

The following duties and responsibilities reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive.

  • Provide insights and data trends to support and inform patient experience innovation projects, delivering against complex patient needs and business requirements
  • Create cohesive presentations based on findings, including summarizing insights from analysis, identifying next steps, and developing implementation plans
  • Execute on defined scope of Patient Experience projects in collaboration with colleagues and management team
  • Structure ambiguous problems, think creatively, generate and test hypotheses
  • Develop standardized metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor program/project performance
  • Employ high orientation to detail and quality control to ensure data accuracy
  • Coordinate and collaborate with leadership/operations from facility administrators to Division Vice Presidents
  • Lead projects with support from colleagues and manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3+ years of work experience
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Strong organization and project management skills: Ability to overcome obstacles and drive projects and processes to completion
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build credibility as a "peer" across all levels
  • Analytical and curious thinking style with a love of solving problems

  • High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Salary/Wage Range
  • $46,700 - $68,600
  • Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
