Here's what you can expect as a Financial Analyst at DaVita:
You will join Team Genesis, a finance team with three key goals: (1) Ensuring we are able to forecast all financial requirements for our internal real estate practices including G&A, CapEx, and OpEx; (2) Tracking and developing strategies for our Villagewide CapEx and depreciation envelopes; and (3) Supporting our field finance partners in building strategies and financial predictions for new clinic growth. Your role will span across these three key goals, and will enable you to interact with not only real estate leaders, but operational leaders in the field and key finance leaders throughout the Village. In this role, you will also have opportunities to drive special projects that can span the entire Village in partnership with the Director of the team.
This position is responsible for supporting process improvements, metric/report development, special projects, and supporting detailed valuation analysis to ensure departmental goals and objectives are achieved, in alignment with DaVita's Mission and Core Values. This includes supporting processes for accounting for CapEx and D&A which will be shared with our CFO and external reporting teams, developing and maintaining forecasts tracking timing and budgetary considerations for real estate activities, and developing processes for managing our G&A budget across a large real estate team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Financial modeling, experience with budgeting and forecasting reporting. Tableau and Anaplan knowledge is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; role requires significant use of PowerPoint and Excel
Analysis and synthesis of data
Critical thinking skills
Outstanding problem-solving skills to break down sophisticated problems into digestible pieces. You can dive into a problem, define it and often have room to explore
A tenacity to drive project outcomes and deliver results
Effective verbal and written communications; adjusts to fit the audience and the message
Ability and willingness to operate with and without significant amounts of direction, self-starters tend to do well
Bachelor's degree required; focus in finance, math, engineering, or other quantitative areas strongly preferred

Salary/ Wage Range
$51,400.00 to $75,500.00Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
