Primary point of contact for the segment's digital sales channels, such as sales request from the organization's website, phone 800# sales queues, internal remote teams, and marketing material (ex. mail, radio, web etc.)

Facilitate sales and ongoing servicing needs of the segments tier 1 and tier 2 clients in collaboration with the BB Relationship Managers. Including but not limited to credit (TCE up to $500M), deposit, and treasury solutions.

Provide administrative and operational support for the BB Relationship Managers. Including but not limited to account openings, loan submissions, document collection, client outreach, and complex service requests.

  • Achieve targeted segment's Business Banking Deposit, Credit and Treasury Management targets through proactive portfolio management, COI development, colleague partnerships, and digital sales channel (Phone/Web) volume. Have a strong proficiency in credit and treasury management solutions.
  • Provide sales and support for Relationships Managers by engaging in activities related to client onboarding, account openings, loan submissions, document collection, client outreach, servicing, and ongoing maintenance within your assigned market.
  • Utilize research and problem-solving skills to identify, analyze and resolve client issues promptly; maintain system to track responses to inquiries and ensure follow-up action is completed.
  • Identifying and referring cross-sell opportunities to the appropriate colleague.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.

The estimated salary range for this position is $25.00 HR to $37.00HR. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
