AGILE DELIVERY LEAD | REMOTE | CONTRACT

Start Date: April 16th, 2024

Interview Process: 2 rounds (1 internal with TSG, 1 with client)

Interview Times: March 20th at 12:30 & 1:00 PM ET

Job Duration: 12 months (open to extensions)

Data Integration

Project Details:

• Data Stream Integration & Agile Transformation.
• Manage multiple data workstreams working towards integration data from two merging banks.
• Managing mid sized programs and value streams, but will be more focused on the Agile processes, standards, and compliance.
• Will be promoting an Agile Transformation within the organization.

Requirements:

• Banking Background, experience with banking integrations extremely helpful.
• Experience working with data related projects- specifically enterprise data warehousing, data governance, data integrations, or data platforms (not data infrastructure).
• Strong Agile Background (Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Agile Delivery Experience.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence (setting up dashboards).
• Must be able to work and scale across functional groups
• Senior Level Resource

Day To Day/Job Description:

• This role requires an experienced Agile practitioner who can work autonomously to develop and mature delivery execution processes, standards, compliance and metrics in line with organizational SDLC standards.
• This role requires thought leadership and ability to influence stakeholders and peers to adopt and adhere to the processes and standards to attain technology and business goals while managing overall risk to the bank.
• A problem solver with an aptitude towards coaching and mentoring who can work with senior business and IT leaders as well as individual teams to continuously improve on execution.
• Must be able to manage small to midsized processes, products, and programs.
• Experienced working in a Scaled Agile environment, Agile transformation, developing new scrum teams for IT.
• Well versed in Jira, Confluence, setting up dashboards.
• Data & banking industry experience preferred.
