Job DetailsJob Location Oglethorpe University - Atlanta, GAPosition Type Full-Time StaffEducation Level Bachelor's The Advancement Coordinator reporting to the Vice President for Advancement is responsible for providing broad day-to-day administrative support to Oglethorpes Advancement Office. The Advancement Coordinator often serves as the gateway to those connecting and engaging with Oglethorpe Universitys Advancement office. This role helps manage the day to day within Advancement and supports the larger Advancement team, as needed. The Coordinator works directly with all staff within Advancement as well as with external constituents campus-wide and outside the University who interact with the Advancement Office. In addition to the primary role, the Coordinator is cross-trained in various areas within Advancement to support efforts as needed, including gift processing, special events, and stewardship endeavors.
