Summary

Administrative Coordinator, Otolaryngology (Head and Neck) Full Time Days with benefits and 50% off the MBTA pass.

The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support for the department, such as preparing and distributing reports, assisting with special projects, coordinating flow of work and providing general administrative support to the Chief of Otolaryngology for Patient Services and other Patient Services managers. The position requires the ability to multi-task, to show initiative, to use good judgment in problem solving, to assume responsibility and achieve results.

Qualifications
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience required.
  • Proficient working knowledge of MicroSoft Office Suite (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access) required, and experience using these tools for presentation/project completion preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), ability to work within a team, and ability to work with highly confidential information is required.
