Overview

RighTime Home Services one of the leading HVAC residential service providers is looking for administrative support in our Permit department.

Provides administrative/Data Entry support to our Permits, Service and Accounting Departments. Enters and processes documentation in support of the operation.

Responsibilities

• Entering Permit proposal reports into database, scanning and sending faxes
• Enter records as necessary to complete special projects and/or report assignments for service
• Matches payable invoices with checks for mailing.
• Enter purchase orders for marketing purchases.
• Updates and generates regular reports.
• Heavy phone use with calling cities & customers to schedule inspections

Communication and organization are very important in this position.

Qualifications
