Join our team of competent and caring professionals as an Administrative Assistant in the IT/IS department at Behavioral Health Network! Administrative Assistants provide support to the program for administrative tasks and communication with stakeholders. You will maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and maintain input of information into the database for contracted vendor and other required programs. The Administrative Assistant assists with data reporting and distribution of reports to program management. As an Administrative Assistant, you will manage phone calls and communication with staff and stakeholders while practicing good customer services with clients, other organizations and agencies. Scheduling, coordinating and tracking departmental moves, technological deployments for special projects will be among the Administrative Assistant's tasks. You will set up, maintain and assist in implementing a schedule based Help Desk experience for staff and end users.

Administrative Assistants at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 months related office experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient use of Excel, Word, Publisher, Power Point, Internet, word processing, and email systems.
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple agendas at one time.
  • Able to be trained and develop proficiency in other software applications
  • Temperament is conducive to working in high demand and/or stressful environments from time to time.
