Responsible for providing technical direction and oversight for the application of existing and developing products in the marketing area.

Duties & Responsibilities\:

  • Lead technical components of Proof of Concept for potential new products. Design, implement, and report market support trials. Mine the data and distill the information to relevant messages. Provide input on financial projections for new product opportunities.

  • Provide technical support to marketing on all promotional pieces, programs including reference check, development of key technical statements, competitive analysis, technical review including the routing process, and ensuring that materials pass regulatory and legal review.

  • Provide technical sales support to Field Sales through customer interactions, on-site customer training, and handling customer inquiries.

  • Generate written and oral technical communications including scientific papers and presentations at professional meetings. Ensure technical accuracy of promotional communications.

  • Liaisons with appropriate Key Opinion Leaders. Provide technical training (internal and external) as it relates directly or indirectly to BIVI products. Create sales tools such as PowerPoint presentations and technical bulletins.

  • Build, explain, and utilize economic modeling for production agricultural utilization. Translate scientific and production data into commercial economic impact.

  • Performs all Company business in accordance with all regulations (e.g., EEO, FDA, etc.) and Company policy and procedures. When violations are noted/observed they are to be immediately reported to management. Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts in order to maintain BIAH's excellent reputation within the animal health community and internally.

Requirements\:

  • Doctoral degree in Veterinary Medicine from an accredited institution required.

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in the animal health industry

  • Well developed communication skills - verbal and written

  • Proven experience in trial design and conduction including basic understanding of statistical analysis.

Eligibility Requirements\:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

  • Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
