Responsibilities

This position is responsible for assisting in the processes surrounding all company travel which will include the following:

• Process all travel related expenses submitted through the expense system and Concur application.
• Interface payments weekly into the PeopleSoft system.
• Review all expense reports insuring expense are within company guidelines.
• Assist with maintaining American Express Card Accounts.
• Assist with monthly closing processes.
• Key manual vouchers into accounts payable system
• Audit accounts payable

Qualifications

• Must be a team player with exceptional interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft programs, especially Excel.
• Must possess strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task with rapid turnaround.
• Must be deadline oriented.
• One year of relevant accounts payable experience preferred
