Accounts Payable Specialist-Remote

We are currently working with a client in the bio-tech industry looking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team on a temporary basis. This candidate will be a sole contributor. They will be processing full cycle Accounts Payable independently. This role will be a 6-12 week remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Manages full cycle accounts payable
• Bank Reconciliations
• Journal Entries
• Mange credit cards
• Gather W9 and ACH information
• Work with Vendors to resolve issue
• Manage 1099 forms
• Manage AP in box

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of AP experience, prior experience with Oracle and the ability to work independently.
