A day in the life of a Carrier Receivables Accounting Representative.

• Process and maintain Daily Cash Records
• Data Entry of all revenue received from insurance carriers and clients on a daily basis
• Data Entry of daily deposits utilizing accounting systems. Finalize internal and external commission runs on a timely basis.
• Reconcile and upload daily deposits.
• Run and support Controller and Senior Accountant with closing
• Special projects as assigned

Our future colleague.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• 2+ years Accounts Payable/Receivable experience
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• High-energy level and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced PC knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook

PREFERRED:

• Prior experience with Sagitta
• Prior insurance industry experience helpful, but not required
• AS/BA in Accounting or related field, preferred.
