RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Duties:
  • Apply payments to customer accounting ledger
  • Process and settle customer credit card payments
  • Monitor for failed auto payments
  • Assist accounting team with follow up on collection and customer accounts
  • Sales Order prep work including downloading documents necessary to invoice sales orders
  • Light Sales Order invoicing
  • Assist accounting team and support staff with day-to-day needs
  • Answer phone and email inquiries from customers
  • When returning to the office: provide support to facility by stocking office supplies, filing, receive and sort mail, and various general office duties


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of general office work experience
  • Accounting student (current or previous) a plus
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with computerized accounting systems, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
  • Proactive and collaborative
  • High energy and a desire to learn
