Accounting Analyst BCforward is seeking a qualified Accounting Analyst at Bolingbrook IL 60440Title: Accounting AnalystContract duration: 5+ months with possibility of extension or Permanent. Location: Bolingbrook IL 60440
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist in the month-end close process and perform general ledger maintenance throughout the month Analysis of system feeds
- Perform legal entity reconciliations
- Perform general ledger maintenance in both legacy and Oracle systems
- Reconciliation of data between the legacy and Oracle systems
- Account reconciliations
- Journal entries
- Co-ordinate error suspense process
- Strong systems skills
- Advanced Excel and Access knowledge
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data
- University Degree in Accounting Accounting designation or working towards accounting designation
- 3+ years in accounting position Experience with month-end close process Account reconciliations and intermediate-level accounting entries
