Job Duties:
- Bank reconciliation
- Investment statement reconciliation
- Fixed asset review and calculation of depreciation expense
- Prepaid expenses - Insurance, subscriptions, facilities
- Record IOTA contributions in General Ledger
- Process donations pushed from fundraising system
- Record/reconcile pledges and contributions
- Update/reconcile notes receivable worksheet in anticipation of bi-monthly statements for a Loan Repayment Assistance Program
- Reimbursable expenses and other prepaids - ie. Postage and IT

Location: Maitland, FL (Onsite 5 days/week)

Pay: $30 - $40/hr
