An established manufacturing company is looking for an Accountant to join their growing organization! This is a family-owned company and provides a welcoming environment for their employees. Responsibilities:

• Issue invoices accurately and timely, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
• Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and manage payment disbursements efficiently.
• Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely reimbursement.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers with corresponding statements and records.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Record financial transactions accurately into the general ledger using proper accounting principles and guidelines.
• Support the accounting team in preparing financial statements and reports.

Requirements:

• Strong technology skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications
• 5 or more years of relevant experience
• Ability to work independently and on a team
