The Account Leader is responsible for leading the enterprise selling approach with named accounts that results in the account team driving profitable growth of named accounts. A critical success factor will be aligning FTI's End to End service offering with the account needs and working with business unit leaders to drive future service offerings that meet customer needs and expectations.

The ideal candidate will have technical aptitude but will drive internal and external discussions at a strategic business level. Able to collaborate effectively with many internal subject matter experts to influence and drive towards the big picture, hold team members accountable in professional manner, and utilize and help reinforce Sandler methodology with team members.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related Experience

Experience: 6-8 years of related experience

Travel: 20-30%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday; However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with all FTI business units to create end-to-end value for assigned accounts.
  • Assists the account team with selling the holistic FTI end-to-end value proposition (brand & overall capabilities), but does not sell individual opportunities/projects.
  • Ability to lead win strategy and collaboration discussions with supplier partners.
  • Aid in ongoing development of supplier assessment and tiering.
  • Develops, measures, and executes a strategic business plan with annual goals and key growth initiatives for assigned accounts.
  • Establishes relationship map to drive engagement and collaboration between FTI and assigned accounts.
  • Establishes self as a trusted advisor and channel advocate, builds and maintains relationships with all assigned accounts. Maintains forecast of client opportunities in the pipeline for all FTI business units.
  • Leverages and utilizes Salesforce Platform to create widespread visibility of key business metrics for assigned accounts.
  • Learns assigned accounts' business and stays current on market trends impacting clients' business.
  • Researches and develops short-term (1 year) and long-term (3-year) account plan, contributing to organizational long-range model.
