Program Overview

As part of Mohawk's Residential Accelerated Sales Development Program, you'll be learning from a company that is leading the industry in flooring technology, which will allow you to hone your sales skills and build your career.
The program starts with a 5-week hands-on training course in our Corporate Office in Calhoun, GA followed by a 2-week field shadowing period. You'll then be relocated to a new city where you will find your sweet spot.
Note: Sales territories are assigned in accordance with company needs. Participants are not guaranteed assignment to a specific geographic location and should be open to relocation.
Your Role
As a residential sales professional you will be a self-starter with a drive to provide your consumer markets with the best products available. As a member of the Mohawk residential sales team, you will provide our clients with the finest possible flooring solutions for their needs.
In your new city, you will begin to grow your career as an Junior Territory Manager and grow into an Territory Manager role.
