Sr Receptionist- $500 Sign-On Bonus for new employees.

Join us as a Senior Receptionist where your mission is to provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting all visitors and answering incoming calls. As a Senior Receptionist, you will provide the first interaction visitors have with customers. The ideal candidate is will be pleasant, professional, courteous and helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly, professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a pleasant, courteous manner
  • Complete administrative duties, including scheduling conference rooms, accepting deliveries, and various clerical duties as assigned
  • Monitor basic safety protocols
  • Order, maintain, and distribute office materials
  • Model the Ricoh Way behaviors to represent our brand positively and professionally.
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

All training necessary to complete each task will be provided by management. This job requires an individual that possess the following:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years customer service, hospitality, or related experience required
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Word required
  • 2+ year receptionist experience with multiline phone strongly preferred
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Exemplary verbal communication skills preferred
  • Adaptable; strong problem-solving abilities preferred
